APARTMENT ASSOCIATION OF FORT WAYNE-NE INDIANA

Regular/Apartment Membership. Available to owners and/or management companies, regular membership allows you to gain access to valuable member services. MEMBER SERVICES

Apartment Guide. Providing advertising opportunities for member
communities in print and on the internet at www.apartmentsfortwayne.com.

Advertising/Sponsorship Opportunities. Highlighting the products
and services of Associate Members to owners and managers.

Community Service. Participating in activities coordinated by the
Community Outreach Committee allows association members to give back to the community and promote the rental housing industry.

Education. Offering local courses and seminars as well as nationally
certified designation programs.

Information Center. Keeping association members informed through the weekly email, HotLine, the monthly newsletter, OnSite, the annual
Membership Directory/Buyer’s Guide, as well as, through special
mailings on key issues and topics.

Legislative Representation & Advocacy. Serving the rental housing and apartment industry’s political interests at national, state and local levels.

Networking. Providing Apartment Association members an opportunity to build professional relationships through special interest groups, committee work, monthly membership meetings, and special events.

Occupancy Survey. Gathering and reporting quarterly occupancy statistics of participating communities.

Recognition. Honoring excellence in the rental housing industry at the annual Summit Celebration.

Regular membership in the AAFW-NEI includes membership in the Indiana Apartment Association (IAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
