Your local, state and national apartment associations play a key role in providing continuing education for multi-family housing professionals. Designation programs and educational programs leading to a certificate of completion are offered. The programs are designed to increase the overall professionalism of the four major links in the chain of communicaiton between residents and owners.

March 7, 2012 - Education 2012: Drywall Repair & Mold
Whether it is that proud grandmother with 57 pictures hanging on the wall, those trouble spots behind doors that have doorknob size holes in the wall, or that angry resident that seemed to take pleasure inflicting damage, many previous residents leave their mark on their apartment when they leave. The CertaPro Painters team will review how the walls should be repaired and prepped before any painting can be done, including drywall repairs, patching holes, and lace and texture repairs. Attendees will also be able to practice their techniques during the hands-on portion of the class.
